We got sample sizes of everything, which was all delicious and expected sizes for what we were eating. Overall, it did seem overpriced for what we received. This could be as a consideration to us eating, but it seemed like a missed opportunity. He talked to small groups while in the restaurant but didn’t really speak to the group as a whole during that time. He also did his “tour speeches” while we were standing outside which increased the difficulty of hearing him. However, there were 12 of us on the tour and the tour guide was very soft spoken so it was hard to hear him. The tour guide kept an eye on the radar, allowing us to avoid the drenching rain that showed up for ten minutes. We weren’t pressured to leave before we were ready, leading to us feeling like we had time to enjoy and digest the food we were trying. We got to enjoy the main food options of Portland, including lobster roll and chowder. There was a definite focus for local Portland food with emphasis on the history of food in the area. ![]()
